EURECA will be represented by its Coordinator, Dr Rabih Bashroush, on the EU Commission Ecodesign consultation forum taking place on 17th February 2017 in Brussels to provide feedback and help shape the new legislation. Having regard to Directive 2009/125/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 21 October 2009 establishing a framework for the setting of eco-design requirements for energy related products, this work will focus on the potential Ecodesign requirements for servers and data storage products.
